Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is a significant effect of job rotation and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palopo. This research uses quantitative methods, with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis through the t test, work rotation (X1) proved to have an influence on employee performance, organizational commitment (X2) proved to have an influence on employee performance, and through the f test (simultaneous) it was also found that job rotation and Organizational commitment together has a significant effect on employee performance variables. The benefits of job rotation at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palopo are that it can add insight and eliminate boredom in employees, and the benefits of organizational commitment itself for employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palopo who are serious about showing a high commitment to the organization they have the possibility which is much more likely to indicate a high level of participation in the organization
