Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to detect the relationship between education and training strata on employee performance. The research sample was 78 respondents from PT. Lambang Azas Mulia Fuel Terminal Palopo. This study uses a questionnaire with data analysis in the form of R2 test, t test, and f test. and Multiple Linear Regression. And after being researched, Y' = 0.289 + 0.347 + 0.295X2. This equation explains that the constant has a value of 0.289 This explains that the education and training strata variable does not affect employee performance, if both are constant or equal to 0, then the performance will be worth 0.289. Meanwhile, the education strata obtained a t-count value of 5.108 > t table of 1.992, and training obtained a t-count value of 3.686 > t-table of 1.992, while simultaneously the education and training strata obtained an f-count value of 102,424 > f table of 3.117. The calculation of this analysis concludes that the two independent variables, namely Education and Training, either partially or simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the performance of PT.
