Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of internal factors, external factors and policy factors both partially and simultaneously on the conversion of agricultural land in Songka Village, South Wara District, Palopo City. Data were obtained by distributing research questionnaires to 37 respondents who were farmers who converted agricultural land in Songka Village, South Wara District, Palopo City. The collected data was then analyzed using the multiple linear regression analysis method using the SPSS program. The results of the study show that partially the t- count value for internal factors is 3.950, the t-count value for external factors is 4.208 and the t-count value for policy factors is 2.074, so it can be concluded that internal factors, external factors and policy factors partially affect the conversion of agricultural land in Songka Village, South Wara District, Palopo City. Meanwhile, simultaneously obtained the calculated F value of 103.514 which is greater than the F table value of 2.892 and a significance of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, so it can be concluded that internal factors, external factors and policy factors simultaneously affect the conversion of agricultural land in Indonesia. Songka Village, Wara Selatan District, Palopo City with an influence percentage of 90.4%. Keywords: internal factors, external, policy, conversion of agricultural land
