Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether integrity, professionalism, innovation, responsibility, exemplary, affect the formation of employee potential at PT.SUMBER GRAHA SEJAHTERA. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. SUMBER GRAHA SEJAHTERA in Bua sub-district. The population in this study were 55 respondents with the Slovin formula sampling technique. The data is processed through the SPSS version 21 program with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that Integrity, Innovation, Responsibility, and Exemplary have a significant and significant effect on the formation of Employee Work Potential while Professionalism has no and no significant effect on the formation of employee work potential. From the results of the t test proves that Integrity, Innovation, Responsibility, Exemplary partially affect the formation of employee work potential and Professionalism does not partially affect. Keywords: integrity, professionalism, innovation, responsibility, role model and work potential.
