Abstract

Community Based Total Sanitation (STBM) is an approach to change hygiene and sanitation behavior through community empowerment with the triggering method. This program is very important to be implemented in villages where public awareness about health is still lacking. This article was compiled to provide an overview of how the use of Village Funds in realizing North Kanna Village, Basse Sangtempe Sub-district, Luwu Regency, which has total community-based sanitation and how the impact of Village Fund Allocation in North Kanna Village, Basse Sangtempe Sub-district, Luwu Regency in 2021 on community sanitation facilities. This article was compiled based on research conducted by the author in North Kanna Village, Luwu Regency. Accompanied by the results of the study of relevant materials. The results showed that; The allocation of funds for the North Kanna Village, Basse Sangtempe Sub-district, Luwu Regency in 2021 is carried out optimally. In addition, the impact of the allocation of funds from the North Kanna Village, Basse Sangtempe District, Luwu Regency in 2021 on community sanitation facilities is very large, where all houses of the North Kanna village community, Basse Sangtempe District, Luwu Regency have good sanitation facilities in accordance with the 5 pillars of Community-based Total Sanitation ( STMB).
