Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out how the Transformational Leadership Style affects the performance of employees at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera (SGS). This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 30 employees at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera (SGS). The results of the study stated that the transformational leadership style that existed at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera (SGS) influences employee performance.
