Abstract
This research test is to find out how the role of human resource management in educational institutions to improve the quality of kindergarten educators Ibnu Sina Palopo City. This research was conducted with an interview system to 2 informants to find out the extent of application (POAC), namely Planning, Organizing, Actuanting, and Controlling in improving the quality of Education in Tk Ibnu Sina Palopo City to provide something that can improve the quality itself in order to adjust to the needs of schools and the development of the surrounding environment such as technology.
