Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of job appraisal and training on the performance of employees of PT. Bank SulSelBar Masamba. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all employees who worked at PT. Bank SulSelBar Masamba. The number of samples inthis study amounted to 35 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: 1). Job appraisal has a positive and significant effectonemployee performance PT.Bank SulSelBar Masamba, 2).Training hasa positive and significant effect on employee performance PT. Bank SulSelBar Masamba. 3). The results of theF test indicate that the job appraisal andtraining simultaneously (together) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance PT. Bank SulSelBar Masamba. Job appraisal and training have a contribution or influence on employee performance variables by 61.90%, while the remaining 38.10% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
