Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the keuangan analysis of the potential economic value of the sago processing business in Tana Luwu. The population selected in the study were all 7 sago processing businesses in Tana Luwu. The sample in this study were 7 sago processing businesses in Tana Luwu which were taken proportionally using purposive sampling method. The data analysis methods used were Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (B / C) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). The results showed that the sago processing business in Tana Luwu was keuanganly feasible, because the NPV was positive. (+), the business is profitabel and feasible to run. The sago processing business in Tana Luwu is keuanganly feasible, because based on the NBCR assessment criteria, namely the net B / C ratio> 1, the business is feasible to run. interest of 12% so that the business is able to return the amount of capital invested and gets a profit, then the business is feasible to run.
