Abstract

In writing this article, the majority discussed the influence of human capital management and organizational innovation in job satisfaction on employee performance. Human capital is the main factor in encoragimg companies to achieve the organization’s vision and mission, which functions as aprovider of innovation and style renewal in brainstorming through management aspirations, research, and improving employee skill, and reporting refers to information about how effecrive employee management is for the company, The purpose of this research is because there are many problems faced by researchers in finding reference articles that can be used as main reference examples or as additional material in the research being conducted, based on previous research. This research uses the quantitative, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, which is a multivariate analysis method used to depict the simultaneous linear influence between observed variables on variables that cannot be measured directly. The hypotheses in this study were tested using SMARTPLS 4 and all hypotheses between variables were accepted, because they were supported and could be stated if there was a direct positive and significant influence.
