Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine how work discipline, work environment, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment influence employee performance at the Palopo City Land Office. This research uses quantitative-based methods with a population of 72 employees and evaluates the data using multiple linear regression, conducting T-tests and F-tests. The results of the research show that organizations must provide more socialization about the company's vision, mission, values and regulations to ensure that employees have a good understanding of their roles and responsibilities so that they can work in accordance with the organization's plans and goals. This socialization is expected to grow employee commitment and encourage them to work well.
