Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance at the Palopo City Fire Service Office, (2) determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at the Palopo City Fire Service Office, (3) determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance. at the Palopo City Fire Service Office, (4) determine the effect of leadership style, motivation and work discipline simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Palopo City Fire Service Office. The population as well as the sample selected in the study were all 71 employees of the Palopo City Fire Service Office, which were taken using the census method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the leadership style had a significant effect on employee performance in the Palopo City Fire Service Office. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance in the Palopo City Fire Service Office. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at the Palopo City Fire Service Office. Leadership style, motivation and work discipline simultaneously influence the performance of employees at the Palopo City Fire Service Office.
