Abstract
This study aims to determine whether training and education have an effect on employee performance at PT. Malindo in Masamba, North Luwu Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 40 employees. The approach used is a quantitative approach. The method of analysis in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between training on employee performance. education has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of PT.Malindo Di Masamba, North Luwu Regency. Meanwhile, simultaneously training and education have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The value of Adjusted R Square (R ^ 2) obtained is 0.978 or 97.8% percent, meaning that the variables of leadership style and work discipline have an influence of 97.8% percent on employee performance variables while the rest (100% -97.8% = 2,2%) influenced by other variables outside of this study.
