Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine: 1) the influence of individual characters on employee performance at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera Branch of Luwu Regency, 2) the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera Branch of Luwu Regency. 3) the influence of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera Branch of Luwu Regency and 4) the simultaneous influence of individual characteristics, work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera Branch of Luwu Regency. Data obtained by distributing research questionnaires to 40 respondents who are employees of the administration section at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera Branch of Luwu Regency. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods using the SPSS program. The results showed that: 1) individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera Branch of Luwu Regency, 2) the work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera Branch of Luwu Regency, 3) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera Branch of Luwu Regency and 4) individual characteristics, work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT.
