Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of safety and occupational health (K3) program on employee performance at the Palopo city public street lighting UPT and the effect of occupational health, safety and health (K3) on employee performance at the UPT of Palopo city public street lighting. Distributed research questionnaires to 59 respondents who were employees of the UPT street lighting in Palopo city. The data collected was then analyzed using the multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of the SPSS program. general city of Palopo. This is evidenced by the results of the t statistical test for occupational health variables t count of 2.890 smaller than the t table, namely 1.670 and a significant value of 0.00 less than 0.05 besides that work safety affects employee performance at UPT lighting ja lan general city of palopo. This is evidenced by the results of the t statistical test for the work discipline variable obtained by t count of 5.552, greater than t table, namely 1.670 and a significant value of 0.00 less than 0.05.
