Abstract
The research aims to test the relationship between leadership and career development towards employee performance. Leadership with indicators plan and organize, be flexible, dare to take risks, responsibly, and charismatic. Career development in indicators of achievement, loyalty, educational background, fair treatment, and caring. While performance with indicators of work performance, responsibility, cooperation, attendance, and timely. The population in this research is the employee of PT. Comindo Mitra Sulawesi. Purposive sampling is used with a total sample of 62 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. Test results show leadership variables in an influential yet insignificant way to employee performance. Another variable that is career development in an inopportune is influence and significant to the employee's performance. While simultaneously or together the leadership variables and career development affect the performance of employees of PT. Comindo Mitra Sulawesi.
