Abstract

Abstract This study is titled The Effect of Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance of PT. Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Palopo City Branch. The object of the research is 45 employees. The data management methods using SPSS data management methods. The research methods in this research is quantitative with data collection techniques or research questionnaires using multiple regression analysis test. Reward (X1) has a effect but not significant on employee performance (Y) in PT. Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Palopo City Branch, where the result is smaller than the significance level of 0.05 or 0.011<0.05 and when viewed thitung value of 2,675 > from 1,681 or 2,675 > 1,681. Punishment (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) of PT. Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Palopo City Branch, where the result is smaller in significant level by 0.05 or 0.000 > 0.05 and when viewed from the thitung value of 5,637 > than 1,681 or 5,637 > 1,681. Reward (X1) and Punishment (X2) jointly affect employee performance (Y) of PT. Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Palopo City Branch, where the results showed that the F test obtained the result that Fhitung value of 70,677 with a significant level of 0,000 with Fhitung (70,677) > Ftabel 0.243 then simultaneous reward (X1) and Punishment (X2) significantly affect employee performance (Y). Keyword : Reward, and punishment, employee performenceABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul pengaruh Reward dan Punishment Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Federal Internasional Finance (FIFGROUP) Cabang Kota Palopo. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang berjumlah 45 orang. Metode pengelolaan data menggunakan metode pengelolaan data SPSS. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data atau kuesioner penelitian menggunakan uji analisis regresi berganda. Reward (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada PT. Federal Internasional Finance (FIFGROUP) Cabang Kota Palopo, dimana hasil tersebut lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi sebesar 0.05 atau 0.011< 0.05 dan jika dilihat nilai thitung 2.675 > dari ttabel 1.681 atau 2.675 > 1.681. Punishment (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) PT. Federal Internasional Finance (FIFGROUP) Cabang Kota Palopo, dimana hasil tersebut lebih kecil taraf signifikannya sebesar 0.05 atau 0.000 > 0.05 dan jika dilihat dari nilai thitung 5.637 > dari ttabel 1.681 atau 5.637 > 1.681. Reward (X1) dan Punishment (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) PT. Federal Internasional Finance (FIFGROUP) Cabang Kota Palopo, dimana hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa uji F diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai Fhitung sebesar 70.677 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0.000 dengan Fhitung (70.677) > Ftabel 0.243 maka secara simultan Reward (X1) dan Punishment (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan (Y). Kata kunci : Reward, Punishment, Kinerja Karyawan
