Abstract

This research was conducted because the HMPS Penjas women's futsal players still did not optimal in carrying out exercise using inner leg shooting thereby reducing enthusiasm in the training method provided by the coach.This study aims to determine the players at HMPS Penjas Muhammadiyah University of Palopo. This research used experimental design. The experimental group was given a treatment target game training method. The total samples in this study were 20 people. The instrument in this study was a shooting accuracy test using the inner leg of the target on the futsal playing field. Data analysis used the t test (paired sampel t test) at a significance level of 0.05. From the results of the study that were was a significant effect on experiment that received the treatment of the target game training method on the accuracy of shooting using the inner legs of the female futsal players HMPS Penjas Muhammadiyah University of Palopo. These results can be seen from the results of the t count (15,072)>t table (1,725).
