Abstract
The objective of the research is to find out (1) whether there is any influence of resistance band training on shooting ability in football athletes in Luwu district. (2) to know if there is an impact of rubber training on the shooting capacity in the soccer athlete in Luvu districts. (3) To find out if there are any differences in the impact of band resistance training and rubber exercise on the ability of shooting in soccer players in Louvu distriction. This research is quantitative research with experimental methods understood as methods used to find the influence of certain treatments against others in controlled conditions. The population used in this study is the entire football athlete district of Luwu with a total of 30 people. The sample in this research is a football atheist of 30 persons. The sampling technique in the study is porpusive sampling. The data analysis technique uses the application program SPSS version 22. The results of the study show that (1) There is a significant influence of band resistance training on the shooting ability of football athletes in Luwu district, with t= count of 9,459 > t=table 2,306 and the result of sig. (2-tailed) is 0,000 < 0,05. (2) There is significant impact of tire training on shooting skills in the soccer athlete of Luwou district., with t = count of 12,128 > t = table 2,306, and the outcome of the sig. (-2-tailing) is 0,000 < 0,053. (3) There are significant differences in the impact of resistance band training and tire exercise on the ability of shooting in the players of football district luwu, with the average score of 10,53 and banet training with the mean value of 8,73 and the value of sig.2 -tailed is 0,031 < 05.
