Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of performance assessment and work motivation on employee work productivity at the UPBU Class III Seko-Masamba Office, North Luwu Regency. The population and sample in this study were 38 respondents and the sample determination method used the saturated sample determination method, where the entire population was sampled. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The results of the simultaneous test (F Test) namely performance assessment (X1) and work motivation (X2) simultaneously had a significant effect on employee work productivity, with a significant value of 0.000 < when compared to the alpha level of 5%. And for partial testing, namely performance assessment did not have a significant effect on employee work productivity, indicated by a significant level of 0.151> 0.05, work motivation had a significant effect on employee work productivity indicated by a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05.
