Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of loyalty and organizational commitment on employee performance partially and simultaneously at PT Astra Honda Motor Masamba Branch, these three variableare measured based on several indicators. Population and sample in this research are all employees of PT Astra Honda Motor Masamba Branch as many as 35 people, the type of data that is not expressed in numbers. The sampling technique in this study uses the cencus method. The results of the research, loyalty and organizational commitment simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT Astra Honda Motor Masamba Branch, partially loyalty has a significant effect on employee performance while organizational commitment has no significant effect on employee performance.Keywords : loyalty, organizational commitment, employee performance
