Abstract

INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara media sosial terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di Rumah sakit Umum Daerah Batara Guru Belopa. Purposive sampling digunakan dengan total sampel 85 pegawai. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linearsederhana. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan variabel media Sosial secara parsial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan besarnya pengaruh 10,3% dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Batara Guru Belopa dan sisanya berasal dari pengaruh lain. Kata kunci: media sosial, kinerja pegawai ABSTRACK This study aims to examine the relationship between social media and employee performance. The population in this study were employees at the Batara Guru Belopa Regional General Hospital. Purposive sampling was used with a total sample of 85 employees. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression. The test results show that the social media variables partially have a significant effect on employee performance with a magnitude of influence of 10.3% which can affect the performance of employees at the Batara Guru Belopa Regional General Hospital and the rest comes from other influences.
