Abstract
ABSTRACK This study aims to determine the effect of office facilities and compensation on employee performance at PT. Jas Mulia in Minanga Tallu Village, Sukamaju District, North Luwu Regency. This study uses quantitative research, data collection methods are carried out using a survey questionnaire which is distributed to 150 employees. after the data is collected, then the data is analyzed using SPSS software version 24. Through multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of the research on office facilities have a significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has no significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: office facilities, compensation and employee performance. INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas kantor dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Jas Mulia di desa minanga tallu kecamatan sukamaju kabupaten Luwu Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif metode pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan survey kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada karyawan sebayak 150 responden. setelah data-data tersebut dikumpulkan, kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 24. Melalui metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian fasilitas kantor berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasai tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: fasilitas kantor, kompensasi dan kinerja karyawan
