Abstract

� ABSTRACK This study aims to determine: 1) The impact of the existence of online couriers on increasing sales of culinary businesses located in the Masamba; and 2) knowing the level of sales of culinary businesses in the Masamba MSME Center before and after using online courier services. This research uses a qualitative approach. And the type of research used is field research (field research) which is a research carried out in a certain community environment, both in community organization institutions (social), and government institutions. Data collection was carried out through interviews with seven culinary business actors in the Masamba MSME Center. The results showed that the existence of online couriers is very helpful for culinary entrepreneurs in the form of marketing and increasing sales. Culinary business people stated that there was a significant increase in sales after joining using delivery services with online couriers.
