Abstract

Alfin. 2021. "Efforts to Improve Learning Outcomes of Backhand and Forehand Shots in Table Tennis Games with the Practice Method of Bouncing the Ball to the Wall in Class Xi Smas Pgri Walenrang Students". The problem in this study is related to the provision of table tennis Backhand and Forehand materials to class XI SMAS PGRI Walenrang students who are still very inefficient, resulting in less accurate learning. The purpose of this research is to find out the improvement of backhand and forehand learning in table tennis games using wall media in class XI students of SMAS PGRI Walenrang. This research is a classroom action research with the number of research subjects as many as 22 students. The instrument used is a test instrument to improve the learning outcomes of backhand and forehand table tennis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that in the pre-action activities 10 students (45.05%) completed and 12 students (54.05%) did not complete. In the first cycle of research, 12 students (54.54%) completed and 10 students (45.45%) did not complete. Meanwhile, in the second cycle, 20 students (90.90%) completed and 3 students did not complete (9.09%). Based on the average results that have been obtained, it can be said that there was an increase from cycle I to cycle II. So the conclusion of this research is learning backhand and forehand strokes in table tennis games using wall media. Class XI students of SMAS PGRI Walenrang have increased.
