Abstract
Abstrack This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of workload and work stress on employee performance at the investment service and one-stop integrated service in North Luwu Regency. The population and sample in this study were 60 respondents and the method of determining the sample used the saturated sample method, where the entire population was used as a sample. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression test. Simultaneous test results (Test F), namely workload (X1) and work stress (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, with a significant value of 0.000 < when compared to an alpha level of 5%. And for partial testing, namely workload does not have a significant effect on employee performance indicated by a significant level of 0.006> 0.05, work stress has a significant effect on employee performance indicated by a significant level of 0.000> 0.05. Keywords: Workload, Work Stress, Employee Performance Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada dinas penanaman modal dan pelayanan terpadu satu pintu Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 responden dan metode penentuan sampel menggunakan metode penentuan sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji simultan (Uji F) yaitu beban kerja (X1) dan stress kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < jika dibandingkan dengan tingkat alpha 5%. Dan untuk pengujian secara parsial yaitu beban kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan ditunjukkan dengan tingkat signifikan 0,006 > 0,05, stress kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan ditunjukkan dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 > 0,05. Kata Kunci : Beban Kerja, Stress Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
