Abstract

The Influence Of Education And Training In Improving The Performance Of Aviation Security (Avsec) (Study Of Andi Jemma Masamba Airport In North Luwu Regency). This study aims to determine whether education and training on improving the performance of Aviation Security (AVSEC) employees at Andi Jemma Masamba Airport, Luwu Utara Regency. The sample in this study were 26 Aviation Security (AVSEC) employees. The analytical method used is a qualitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that education has a positive and insignificant direction on the performance of Aviation Security (AVSEC) employees. Training has a positive and significant direction on the performance of Aviation Security (AVSEC) employees. Meanwhile, simultaneously education and training affect the performance of Aviation Security (AVSEC) employees. Independent variables (education and training) are able to influence the dependent variable (employee performance) as seen from the Adjusted R Square value of 0.470, which means the education and training variables are able to influence employee performance variables by 47%, then the rest is influenced by other variables that are not examined. .
