Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out how the work environment, individual characteristics and the influence of the work environment and individual characteristics on employee performance at the Tuuk tea shop in Palopo City. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 43 employees at the Tuuk tea shop in Palopo City. The results of the study stated that the work environment and individual characteristics in the Tuuk tea shop in Palopo City had an effect on employee performance.
