Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of job appraisal and training on the performance of employees of PT. Bank SulSelBar Masamba. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all employees who worked at PT. Bank SulSelBar Masamba. The number of samples in this study amounted to 35 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: 1). Job appraisal has a positive and significant effect on employee performance PT. Bank SulSelBar Masamba, 2). Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance PT. Bank SulSelBar Masamba. 3). The results of the F test indicate that the job appraisal and training simultaneously (together) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance PT. Bank SulSelBar Masamba. Job appraisal and training have a contribution or influence on employee performance variables by 61.90%, while the remaining 38.10% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Job Appraisal, Training, Employee Performance INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penilaian kerja dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank SulSelBar Masamba. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Bank SulSelBar Masamba. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji statistik deskriptif , uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Penilaian kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank SulSelBar Masamba, 2). Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank SulSelBar Masamba. 3). Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa penilaian kerja dan pelatihan secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank SulSelBar Masamba. Penilaian kerja dan pelatihan mempunyai kontribusi atau berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan sebesar 61,90%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 38,10% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Penilaian Kerja, Pelatihan, Kinerja Karyawan.
