Abstract
This study aims to see how much influence price and service have on consumer satisfaction at restaurants in Masamba District, North Luwu Regency. The research method used is quantitative methods. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire. In the independent variable, namely the customer satisfaction variable and the dependent variable, namely price (X1) and service (X2). The effect of price and service on customer satisfaction, based on the tests conducted, the results of this study indicate that the coefficient value of the price variable (X1) is 0.105 and the service variable (X2) is 0.954. For every one point increase in price, customer satisfaction will increase by 10.5% and if the service is increased by one point, customer satisfaction will increase by 95.4%. Price (X1) and service (X2) have a strong relationship with customer satisfaction which can be seen in the R Square value of 0.639, which indicates that the independent variable consisting of price and service can be explained by customer satisfaction by being able to explain the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction ( Y) 63.9% while the remaining 36.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The conclusion of this study is that price does not affect customer satisfaction while service has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction in restaurants in Masamba District, North Luwu Regency.
