Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence Tuukeatory business income in the city of Palopo. The independent variables in this study are labor, capital, and working hours. The dependent variable is income. This research is a quantitative research. The population of this study included 35 employees at the Tuukeery shop. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, where the entire population was sampled because the total population was less than 100. The data collection technique was through questionnaires which were distributed via Google from. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level of 0.5. Based on the results of data analysis using the partial test (t test) labor has an effect on income with a value of 2.372 > 1.695. Capital affects income. Working hours affect income. Labor, capital, and working hours have a simultaneous effect on income with a calculated f value of 13.450 with a significant value of 0.000. Regression analysis produces an Adjusted R square of 0.523 or 52.3%. This means that the income variable can be explained by labor, capital, and working hours of 52.3%, while the remaining 47.7% is explained by other variables not discussed in this study. The multiple linear regression equation in this study is formulated as: Y = 10.346 + 0.593 X1 + 0.974 X2 + 0.711 X3+ e Keywords: labor, capital, working hours, income
